StockTrack Shareholder Accounting Software Now With DTC FAST Integration
January, 2007 – Version 10.0 of StockTrack Shareholder Accounting software is now available from Figtree Software. Among the many new features is the Pipeline which provides complete visibility to all in-process transfers from the point that they are received until the moment that the completed work is sent out. The Pipeline includes new screens for logging in transfers; viewing and selecting from the list of transfers that are ready to be processed; and viewing and marking as “Made Available” all processed transactions ready to be sent out.

October, 2006 – Version 9.0 of StockTrack Shareholder Accounting software is now available from Figtree Software. StockTrack, first released in 1989, provides stock transfer, dividend, proxy, split and related reporting capabilities. It is in use by stock transfer agents and community banks across the U.S. as well as other self issuing companies. Interface enhancements make StockTrack 9.0 even easier to learn and use. Screens have been reorganized to provide more useful information more quickly.
Enhanced Interface Helps Suppliers With End-to-End Automation for EDI Transactions August 11, 2006 - RedTail Solutions has released an enhanced interface to their hosted EDI solution to work with the latest release of AccountMate, a popular mid-market accounting software system. RedTail's hosted solution handles all communications between trading partners and manufacturers and distributors using AccountMate through its RTTM (RedTail Transaction Manager). With the interface created by Figtree Consulting, Inc., the EDI purchase orders are seamlessly moved to AccountMate sales orders. Once the items are shipped, information is passed to the RTTM to generate and transmit the EDI invoice to the trading partner.

Figtree Partners with RedTail Solutions to Interface RedTail Transaction ManagerTM with AccountMate® May 2006 - Working closely with Figtree Consulting, RedTail Solutions has enhanced its RedTail Transaction Manager (RTTM) application for AccountMate users to automate the processing of advanced ship notices (ASN) and the corresponding UCC128 bar code labels.
Figtree Releases StockTrack v8.5 May 2006 - If your company has shareholders and needs to handle the related recordkeeping, you should take a look at the new version of StockTrack which adds many features to this shareholder management software package used nationwide by self-issuer companies as well as transfer agents. StockTrack handles the issuance and transfer of stock certificates in both certificated and non-certificated form. The software includes processing for dividends, stock splits and proxies as well as extensive reporting.
Client Presents at AccountMate Conference March 2006 - During the AccountMate conference, Brian Tedesco, president of Tech Trading, presented the customer’s view of the system implementation at his company. He described how Figtree worked with Tech Trading, a premier distributor of printer supplies, to develop a custom business system that is making them more profitable. This presentation underlined the role of the client as well as Figtree’s development staff in making a complex implementation successful.
Figtree Receives AccountMate President’s Award March 2006 - Figtree won the “President’s Award” at the AccountMate Business Partners conference in San Rafael, CA on March 5th. The award was given in recognition of Figtree’s outstanding achievements in support of their clients.

iStockTrack Released: Affordable Online Shareholder Reporting and Proxy Voting December 2005 - Figtree introduced the iStockTrack web module at the Securities Transfer Association (STA) Conference in Palm Beach in October. This web software can free up the time of your Investor Services team by cutting down on telephone calls and time spent providing reports and statements. Issuers can print reports on demand; shareholders can review their status, update their own address and phone number and print statements.

Figtree Assists RedTail in Development of Integrated EDI Service for AccountMate November 2004 - RedTail Solutions, Inc. of Massachusetts, in conjunction with Figtree, developed an integrated outsourced EDI service for AccountMate Software's business accounting solution. According to Figtree founder and co-owner Steve Rosenstein, "Now [AccountMate users] have state-of-the-art capabilities through the RedTail service and systems as well as seamless integration with their AccountMate system."
StockTrack Webinar June 18, 2004 - We held our first StockTrack webinar, Introduction to StockTrack, on Friday, June 18, 2004. The presentation was geared toward new users of StockTrack, and covered such topics as Setting Access Levels, Customizing StockTrack, Entering Shareholder and Certificate Information, Transfers, Dividends, Reporting, and more. March 20, 2003 - Figtree releases MortgagePlus, an add-on reporting package for the popular Genesis 2000™ software package. Genesis is in use by mortgage companies nationwide to track the flow of mortgage applications from the initial lead through funding. MortgagePlus adds powerful reporting capabilities.
StockTrack 7.5 Ships March 5, 2003 - Version 7.5 of StockTrack, Figtree's stock transfer software, was released today and will be available to all current clients. This update includes enhancements for improved password management and security, enhancements to make it easier to return shares to the Treasury, as well as additional reporting capabilities. StockTrack was first released by Figtree in 1989 as a 16 bit DOS text-based application. It was completely rewritten for 32 bit platforms in 2000. Updates and enhancements are released several times a year.
