Figtree Releases StockTrack v9.0

Version 9.0 of StockTrack™ Shareholder Accounting for Transfer Agents and Self Issuers released with many new features

Morris Plains, NJ – October, 2006 – Version 9.0 of StockTrack Shareholder Accounting software is now available from Figtree Software.   StockTrack, first released in 1989, provides stock transfer, dividend, proxy, split and related reporting capabilities.  It is in use by stock transfer agents and community banks across the U.S. as well as other self issuing companies.

Interface enhancements make StockTrack 9.0 even easier to learn and use.  Screens have been reorganized to provide more useful information more quickly.

Many new features have been added including:

• An easier method of entering new issues (also called one sided transactions) 

• Up to 5 decimals for fair market value and selling price

• Additional reporting criteria

• Reservations have been added to allow a number of shares to be set aside for a particular use 

• Simplified processing to replace Lost/Stolen or Damaged/Destroyed Certificates.

• Ability to enter a Free Trading date for any restricted certificate

• 5 decimals for ratios for forward, reverse, and incremental stock splits, as well as stock conversions

• Support for OFAC compliance

A number of features will be of particular use to our Transfer Agent clients:

• Enhanced SEC Tracking information

• Ability to correct SEC log information

• The Batch Made Available screen enables marking multiple items with the date and time sent with one click

• Marking a company with an inactive date excludes them from cross company reports

• Track insurance value and the addresses that certificate packages are sent; a new report displays this information

• A new report lists canceled certificates by CUSIP across companies
