Figtree Releases StockTrack v8.5

Enhancements released for StockTrack™ Software for Transfer Agents and Self Issuers

Morris Plains, NJ – May 16, 2006 – If your company has shareholders and needs to handle the related recordkeeping, you should take a look at the new version of StockTrack which adds many features to this shareholder management software package used nationwide by self-issuer companies as well as transfer agents.  StockTrack handles the issuance and transfer of stock certificates in both certificated and non-certificated form.  The software includes processing for dividends, stock splits and proxies as well as extensive reporting.   Free evaluation copies of StockTrack are available for download.

StockTrack, first released in 1989 has been updated and enhanced each year since its introduction. 

A complete on-line and context sensitive Help system guides new users through the system.  Unlimited phone support is included with the yearly support contract.

Version  8.5, released this week, adds several ease of use and flexibility modifications to the product.  Some of the enhancements include:

Save an “In Process” transaction -- Allows a transfer to be started and then completed at a later time.  You can now save an incomplete transfer, continue with other work including other transfers and complete this transfer when it is convenient.

Print certificates for selected transactions -- When printing certificates, you can now prioritize and select the specific transactions that need to be printed and hold others until you are ready to print them.

Simplified certificate transfer after a stock split -- You can directly complete the conversion and transfer certificates from the earlier class in one-step without generating any intermediate certificates.  The complete history of changes to number of shares for each certificate is kept in the system and is available for reporting.

Clear audit trail for certificates converted from one class to another -- Converted certificates are shown as ‘converted’ on reports.  A link is maintained between the converted certificate and its parent.

StockTrack updates are available at no additional charge to all licensees with a current support contract.
