Figtree Releases StockTrack v10.0

Version 10.0 of StockTrack™ Shareholder Accounting for Transfer Agents and Self Issuers includes the Pipeline

Morris Plains, NJ – January, 2007 – Version 10.0 of StockTrack Shareholder Accounting software is now available from Figtree Software.   StockTrack, first released in 1989, provides stock transfer, dividend, proxy, split and related reporting capabilities.  It is in use by stock transfer agents and community banks across the U.S. as well as other self issuing companies.

Among the many new features is the Pipeline which provides complete visibility to all in-process transfers from the point that they are received until the moment that the completed work is sent out.  The Pipeline includes new screens for logging in transfers; viewing and selecting from the list of transfers that are ready to be processed; and viewing and marking as “Made Available” all processed transactions ready to be sent out.

Other New features include:

• Many reports can be viewed directly in Microsoft Excel (as well as other export formats)

• Restrictions can be entered when you transfer certificates

• Updates for 2006 tax reporting

• Enhancements to support OFAC terrorist list name checking

• Additional reporting on beneficial ownership

• New data export features
