Figtree Partners with RedTail Solutions to Interface RedTail
Transaction ManagerTM with
AccountMate®
Suppliers gain end-to-end automation for EDI transactions associated
with the entire order cycle
Working closely
with Figtree Consulting, Inc., RedTail Solutions has enhanced its
RedTail Transaction ManagerTM (RTTM) application for
AccountMate users to automate the processing of advanced ship
notices (ASN) and the corresponding UCC128 bar code labels.
With the
interface to the RTTM from Figtree, manufacturers and distributors
using AccountMate financial software and RedTail Solutions’ service
can seamlessly import order information into their accounting system
and send ASN’s and invoices to their trading partners.
Now, with this
enhancement, all the package level shipping and Bill of Lading
detail information is automatically gathered and combined with the
purchase order and invoicing information to generate ASN’s and
UCC128 labels. This new process significantly simplifies these
previously time consuming tasks that otherwise can require a great
deal of duplicate data entry into separate systems.
Inclusion of the
Hand Held Radio Frequency Terminals with ACCU-DART software further
automates the process and improves accuracy in the warehouse and
shipping departments for picking and shipping. These benefits
include gathering data for packing lists and Bill of Lading with
real time updates to the accounting database.
